Chocolate Fiber Protein Pudding revisited

Today's Protein Fiber Pudding:

35 grams
Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
50 grams Renew Life Fibersmart
1 packet  sweetener
water

Today I went for a chocolate flavor, and increased the Fibersmart. I used Allmax Isoflex Chocolate Isolate protein (GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCTS). Another fantastic Chocolate is Iso Sensations 93 Chocolate Fudge, Promansil by Rivalus (fantastic, and has goat easy to digest protein in it as well) and BIO X Power Whey Isolate (they have some of the highest quality and best tasting proteins around!).

Again, this was a Nutritionally packed, high protein, high fiber, filling and dessert like start to my day. I highly recommend trying this (adding sugar free syrup makes it even better).

Chocolate Brownie Batter

After a wicked 70min elliptical session (7.62miles!) and a wonderful dessert breakfast of my Protein Fiber Pudding, I headed out to go meet my dad! I won't go into details, but it was so nice. I am so grateful to have the family (flawed as they are) that I have. This is the man that has raised me, carried me on his shoulders (while I clutched his eyes in terror), who introduced me to the wonders of lego and climbing trees, who endlessly recounted stories from his childhood over and over- even after he had just finished telling me the same story minutes before. This is the man I waited for every day after school, waiting for him to round the corner on his way home from work, the man who I have admired and looked up to, the man I have strived most to impress and gain acceptance and validation from. I have always felt that if I have my dad in my corner- on my side and agreeing with me, then ALL is right in the world. I guess I will forever be Daddy's little girl. I am infinitely grateful for him and only hope that I can make him proud. I am so lucky and grateful.

Another thing that I am grateful and appreciative for (and has also helped me in my times of need) is my Chocolate Brownie Batter (vegan?). Lame segue? Yes,it's bad, but this my friends, is SO GOOD:

Chocolate Brownie Batter
-Davinci Sugar Free Syrup (From Coconut to Toasted Marshmallow, Cookie Dough)
-Sweetener (sweet and low)
I use anywhere from 4-8 scoops and make sure it's thick!

STIR STIR STIR... I kid you not- this tastes JUST like Brownie Batter. Especially if you use SF Pancake Syrup- the following syrups work well!
-Vermont

This seriously is one of my all time favorite products! You HAVE to try this!!

For a pimped out Protein Version add a scoop of Chocolate Protein powder to the 'batter'.
-Adding Cocoa is also good!

Thursday Recap

Hello Everyone!
I had a more relaxed workout at the gym this morning; still upped my time to 60min but didn't push myself or crank the intensity. I ended up doing 64min 34seconds to round out at 7miles.
I slowly meandered my way home and had my Protein Fiber Pudding made with Allmax's Isoflex Vanilla Isolate, Fibersmart, and Davinci Sugar Free Coconut syrup.
I also ate my MUSHROOMS, 2 packs of 500g Radishes dipped in my homemade 'Honey Mustard" and Celery. I also ate an unpictured Protilife Chocolate Pudding that I made.

I got picked up and my friend and I headed to the Cheap Theatre to go see 'How To Train A Dragon'- BEST MOVIE EVER! So touching, funny and a great message!

I was SO excited to go exchange my Magic Bullet Single Shot for a NEW ONE! There is something so calming and RIGHT and GOOD and reassuring about Kitchen Appliances that are new! lol.

After that we headed to Costco to go exchange my rotting Celery, and I saw the VITATOP 12 pack there for the first time! SO EXCITING!

Ironically- if you guys remember my rant about NOT finding the Mini Peppers?- they had them:
Ironically, I DIDN'T GET THEM! I don't know what is wrong with me! lol

I also got another book to review!

I made dinner when I got home and for dessert I made my nightly Protishake and GG Scandinavian Bran Cracker Mess! However, this time I used my new and not used for over a year Oster 12 Speed Blender because I wanted to see how well it blends. It definitely DOES THE JOB! Get ready for some Smoothie In A Bowl, Protein Ice Cream Magnificence!

This was in the blender with crappy lighting- sorry

I had it with my pack of Bran Crisp Bread

I also indulged in the last of my Atkinson Sugar Free Chick-o-Stick's and Peanut Butter Bars! I had 8 and OMG this is heaven! GET THEM NOW!!!!
Chick-O-Sticks are crunchy peanut butter and toasted coconut sticks made by Atkinson Candy.

Tuesday June 22nd

I kicked ass this morning extending my workout to 70minutes: 717 cal/ 7.55miles! I refueled with my Protein Fiber Pudding mess! This time I used:
- Bio X's Cookies and Cream Power Whey Isolate (click here to see my review)
- Fibersmart (24g this time)
Stir, stir, stir:
HEAVEN!

I am going to go see Toy Story soon (my friend is taking me in attempts to take my mind off of everything) and I think I will also be picking up the book "In The Name Of Honor" by Mukhtar Mai. I hope we can swing by Costco and get more Celery! I had 3 Protilife Chocolate Shakes made into my Protein Pudding Crunch Parfait with an entire crushed package of GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread and tons of mushrooms and 2 packs of radishes too.
