I am so stiff and sore this morning! Legs feel like lead! Workout definitely wasn't easy, but I did it! I ended up adding an extra minute. 55min: 530cal/5.50miles.
I showered and immediately got 3.75 scoops of my

and ran to my apartment because I decided I wanted to mix it with

syrup! Too good. Seriously. I also added 2 packets of the pink Sweet and Low (I know, I know, chemical, cancer causing etc):

, dressing, and a red bell pepper. I MAY HAVE gone back for seconds (351g of coleslaw) :)
