Review Inno-vite Inncleanse 7 Day Complete Body Cleanse

I have been meaning to get this post up for SO long now. I figure now is as good a time as ever.
I am traditionally a supporter of cleanses. There is SUCH a misconception regarding what cleansing really is versus fasts, the master cleanse, detoxes etc. Also, cleanses are NOT for weight loss (if you do lose weight it tends to be built up fecal matter), nor are they all colon cleanses or laxatives or psyllium pills.


Cleanses just help support your bodies natural 7 channels of elimination and help take the stress off your body just a bit. I will be posting other reviews up on companies and products that I like in the future.

Today I am reviewing  INNOVITE'S InnoCleanse 7 Day Complete Body Cleanse

DigestRX in combination with HerbRX is designed as a general total body detoxification. Both components have a synergistic effect and help eliminate toxins after periods of unhealthy eating or over indulgence. The combination of HerbRX and DigestRX is safe to use for the first-time cleanser or someone who is generally healthy, but would like to eliminate excess toxins and rejuvenate their whole body.

The product comes with 2 bottles (HerbRX and DigestRX) of which you take 4 HerbRX in the morning, and 4 DigestRX at night). This is a complete body cleanse which is formulated for the first time cleanser.

Yellow Dock root (Rumex crispus),Barberry Root (Berberis vulgaris), Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomila), Cascara Sagrada Bark (Rhamnus purshiana), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis), Sarsaparilla Root (Smilax species), Burdock Root 4:1( Artium Lappa )

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrine, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Magnesium stearate

Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshian), Pancreatin, Papain, Dessicated Ox Bile, Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum),Sennosides (Calcium Sannosides A&B)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate

MY THOUGHTS:
Though the formula is well formulated, I truly found this cleanse to be too mild. IE- I didn't notice ANYTHING. I will get into ingredients at some other point when I will go more in depth into cleanses. Cleanses are supposed to work with your body- not against it. By that I mean that you shouldn't really feel anything, besides possibly a mild cleansing reaction such as a headache, mild breakouts etc. I think this cleanse would truly be a great start for someone who has never cleansed before and wants to try something. You cannot make a vast difference or cleanse anything in 7 days- we've accumulated toxins our whole lives; through air, pollution, chemicals, food etc, but this is a nice way to try something and jump start. Personally, if you want something mild and effective- and fast, I would recommend Renew Life's First Cleanse with the Fiber Smart or their new Rapid Cleanse. Both are fantastic products that do not rely on Cascara Sagrada or Senna as a Colon cleanser. As with any program, try to eliminate processed foods and toxins as much as possible. For those looking for a more intensive or more effective product, I recommend  or Renew Life's Cleanse Smart or Genesis Today's 4Total Body Cleanse. These are both 30 day cleanses and ARE NOT HARSH whatsoever. They work with your body, not against it and are really easy to do. They do not interfere with your lifestyle at all. I will review both at a later time.

Again, the ingredients are formulation in Inno-Vites InnoCleanse Complete Body 7 Day Cleanse are well done. I think this would have been more effective if the ingredients were either at a higher dose, or this cleanse was extended to 2 weeks at the current mg dose so that it actually had time to make a difference on a cellular level.
