Egg Salad Recipe- Low sugar

Egg Salad



Serve with 2oz smoked salmon, red onion, tomato or tuna etc
 
Serve on:
 canapes,
 flats,
Bagels (Carb Krunchers,Healthwise , Western Bagel)
GG c, Melba, Wasarackers
m,atzo
 Sprouted Breads- Ezekiel,
 I've put this on pizza crustdough  before (the pre-made plain  and it was so good!)
Also great as a dip!

  2. So you have to let me know, how is all that Walden Farms stuff? I tried their Ketchup once and it was horrible, but I am curious about their pancake syrup which I have read is pretty darn tasty! So if you've tried it, let me know!

    And um, yes please, let's start a show, if you know how to break into the business, tell me the secret! I need to move my booty on out to LA... ha ha.

  3. I don't love the Mayo either! The way I see it, take it as a BASE and add to it! I add spices, herbs etc and make it my own. I find that it tastes a lot more like cream cheese than mayo! It's great in smoothies for that 'cheesecake' like tang! It's all about what you mix it with!

    GIGI- Love the Pancake Syrup! I actually love all things WF's- even the PB, because I add cinnamon and sweetener to it, and utilize it in recipes, baking, shakes, ice cream, pie crusts and stir fry's (hello Peanut Thai Satay!)
